Good News 1:

Eminem, is going to “Relapse”. To me, Eminem is one of my favorite M.C.’s. As I’ve gotten older, music has meant less and less to me. I still love it a little, but I’m more likely to be caught listening to a podcast or sports talk than music.  I think the only few times I get excited about something new is when it’s done by someone old.  Somewhere in my mid 20’s, I stopped devoting time to expanding my musical collection.

Anyway, after 4 years of raising his kids and staying out of trouble, Eminem recently announced that he’s making a new album. It’s title, of course, “Relapse”.

The Bad News.

Levi Stubbs, of the Four Tops died today in his sleep) at the age of 72. While I grew up loving Motown, I was more influenced by “Little Shop of Horrors”. For those in the know, he played Audrey II (voice of the plant). Only a few months ago I was youtubing songs from the movie to show my four year old daughter.

Even if you’ve seen the movie, get a load of these. The original and I believe better ending to the movie. It gives it more of an edge than the final cut.

The Good News 2.

I shouldn’t have left you.  Without a dope podcast to step to?

I know it’s been a minute.  I just started up school online and my first class has been kickin’ my but.  I’m having to write essays and usin’ proper inglish.  Anyway, I added a new Icon to the site for the Sequential Artists’ Pub.  It’s my favorite podcast.  It’s about artist talking about their process.  Plus, I’m on it.  Yeah, they haven’t kicked me off.  Actually, if you’re a creator, you’re welcome aboard as well.  The show is every other Friday.  I believe there is one tonight, but since it’s the day after Thanksgiving, I’m not quite sure.  Krishna has a post up over at PC Weenies. Apparently it’s moving to the Rampage Network.  So click the link below if you want to listen in, or call in. Otherwise, if the url moves, I’ll have to update the icon under my chat box.
