The Hangover Gets the Official STC Stamp of Approval!

With a weekend to ourselves, the Mrs. and I went to see a movie. We saw the hangover, and if you actually think STC is a funny comic, then this movie is right down your alley. The name alone is probably a key word I need to add in order to find my comic. As a comic creator, I personally appreciated that the plot was so unpredictable. I won’t go quite as far as to say that this was SuperBad funny…but it was close. And anyone that’s see it already, or Old School, can appreciate the following.

This may garner boos, but I found “Superbad” to be overrated. However, I’m a big fan of the Dan Band since “Old School” (I’ve never been able to hear or sing “Total Eclipse of the Heart” without adding a few choice words), so I’m excited that they show up in “The Hangover”. The only downside is that I sometimes expect to see/hear that in other songs/videos of theirs, and it isn’t always.
Thanks for the movie info – I had been weighing seeing it in the theater vs. waiting for DVD, but I will say I’ve heard great reviews from both “the man on the street” and “professional film reviewers”.
